Medium density fiberboard, 5, 10mm phosphorescent coated tubes, filled with Argon/Mercury mix. Each tube powered by a separate transformer, all controlled by microprocessor programmed to dim each tube down 50% and up again, in slow, and distinct rolling pattern starting at the top, and moving to the bottom.
